I think its kind of stupid to pay 15 dollars just so you can have brushes and have no ads but still need prime features to literally do anything. I dont want to buy an app just to have to pay even more monthly or yearly just to be able to use the actual cool or helpful things that you can do.. regardless its a good drawing app

Today, I was on this app, just making a drawing, and when I was done, I decided to check the speedpaint. When I did, something weird was happening. It started to add random colors that I didn’t put in and started to glitch out. I was creeped out and decided to check if other people are experiencing the same glitch on TikTok, which they were! Please Ibis! Fix this!

Sooo many resources for exactly this type of niche! Was struggling with other drawing apps but this one is perfect for creating manuscripts and panels! Worth the buy if youre a creative in this type of art field :)

I think the price for Ibis Paint for the total of $15 is a little too much for removing ads. I prefer adding some changes that could bring the audience to buy the paid version rather than relying on the X for one small difference. I’m thinking of removing the prime membership for those who paid the app, thus having to get full access to animation features. Those who prefer using the X can buy the prime membership addon for those who do not wish to buy the full paid access of Ibis paint.

Has no ads so you don’t have to struggle with ads btw also better then ibis paint x (ibis paint has ads oof)

Can you please explain to me why there are even more upsells and omissions after we’ve already paid for the real app?

I absolutely love this app! I enjoy using all the features, and I’m able to do so many cool things with them. Shading, coloring, outlining, and even sketching has never been better with this app. I’ve never felt so comfortable with it. That was, until I began seeing these stupid error messages over and over again! Every time I would try to back up more than one artwork via the iCloud, I would see the words “Network Error: Tap to Reconnect”. If I wanted to sync an individual artwork, another message would say, “Error: Failed to upload Details: 403”. I have been dealing with these stupid error messages for a long time now. And recently, I got so upset with them that I just deleted the app on impulse. I have tried everything to fix the issue, but it just refuses to be fixed. I don’t know what to do anymore, but I’d be extremely grateful if you guys could fix this problem immediately. I’m tired of dealing with it!

I love this drawing app! i use it everyday and i post my drawings and social platforms! not too much adds, it’s just really perfect. I’d recommend this to people who digital draw on different apps that don’t work too well same with the custom brushes!

I use an Ipad Gen 9, and the new update won’t load the app. It’s just a blue screen with the loading symbol in the middle. I don’t want to delete the app and redownload it because I have my art pieces and I don’t want to lose them.

I bought this figuring I wouldn’t need to use the premium subscriptions considering i paid over 16 dollars for this. I was confused that after my first purchase that I still needed to buy the premium for other features.

I was going to start using ibis instead of Procreate, so I decided I should get the full app without the limits. I was disappointed to find that this app is the exact same as the free version minus the ads. You are paying $15 just to get rid of the ads. All of the features worth buying are part of their premium subscription, you don’t get any of the features on this app. Ibis Paint would probably be my last choice for an art program subscription as well. The free version is great start for beginners that cannot buy an art program to practice, but this version adds nothing at all. If you want to pay $15 for an app that gives you 0 more features but takes away the ads, go for it, but Procreate is cheaper and has way more brushes with pressure sensitive despite having way less brushes in general, plus folders (without subscription) and a dark mode. If you like ibis Paint, keep the free version, but if you’re gonna pay for an app anyway, just get Procreate.

Could you please add a feature to create folders for organizing brushes? I have way too many custom brushes, and it’s getting hard to manage them. A folder system would make sorting and finding brushes so much easier. Thank you!

The whole concept of a lot of bases and brushes are cool I started my ibis paint journey with ibis paint X thanks to my friend :) the reason I have this 3/5 stars is because you still have to pay 27 bucks per month if you buy this app for 15 bucks I feel like it’s kinda a rip off like why pay if I can play a free app version of this? But it is good for beginners and pros at drawing it’s pretty good tho maybe try ibis paint X for free and the. Decide if you want to buy this app over all it would be better if premium has more to it and maybe free if you buy ibis paint instead of ibis paint X which you would pay for not the best I prefer ibis paint X because it’s free so yeah download it! It was made by the ECACT SANE PEOPLe who mad ibis paint so yeah… download the free app then consider buying this app it would help them make more updates to both of the apps probably so yeah.. Overall good genre and good game love the stories posted on the online gallery but I hope this review helped you if you are a cautious money spender like how I was when I read the reviews of the game it’s not a bad game just could be cheaper? But yeah download the free app today! (You can unlock all 1000+ brushes in ine add for 18 hours before you have to watch another on in ibis paint X but definitely a must have for creative artists and sketchers and drawers you can also make stories online recommend the free on and then YOU decide what YOU want :) I hope this review helped :).

I got it and it’s amazing fourteen bucks NOT going to waste I recommend it’s way better than ibis paint x witch is a free version but this is way better and the brush’s are amazing

ive used this app since 2019, i love it. though the animation feature could have a few fixes, i dont really use it so it dosent bother me! and maybe you could add it so you can use images as a brush shape? kinda like procreate and toonsquid. the ui is super easy to navigate and has all the tools you really need, ive made over 5000 artworks and never had any lag with the app, its more of my device being not perfect. But overall i reccomend this art app to all my friends that want to start drawing, i tried procreate, sketchbook, clip studio, krita, and those never worked for me. but this, fit perfectly. Love it!

So so worth it

Please never let go of the record feature. For someone who starts things and forgets to save, this automatic feature is a great tool. Seeing my work in progress on high speed is a nice feature that lets me review my previous process so I can build off of an original or existing idea. I also like that it saves to a gallery.

ibis paint is simply a $15 more expensive version of ibis paint x. it gives you ads and you still have to watch an ad for 4 HOURS of online brushes.

It has SOOO good pens, 0 ads, INCREDIBLE quality, you don't need to watch an ad for all brushes and you can get qr codes which are SUCH lifesavers. 😍 Definitely download this game cause it saves your whole art career 🤩🤩✨

There’s really nothing more that I have to say other than the app is pretty nice and stuff. You can make your own brushes, or use others that other people made! I overall just think Ibis is a great app and more people should definitely try it.

I will say that Ibis Paint has been my go to for the past few years now, and I believe that once you learn the basics it will be your’s as well! The only reason I haven’t given it a 5star rating is because, like many of these apps, there are several features that could use improvement. (I.e.- the form tool) I actually just came back to the app after taking a little (LONG) break from digital art, so there may already be a tool like this added in, but it would be awesome to see an AI assistant tool. Something that would allow you to select a specific portion of your piece and either automatically “fix” it, or allow you to enter a prompt in to reshape the selected portion into whatever you describe. ;)

Ibis paint is a truly great art community and I love to use it but i recommend adding something for the underrated artists, I see so many people with amazing art and yet they only get 5 likes, so many dream of making it to the leaderboard but since it’s kind of hard to find anyone’s new art in the midst of thousands of people, they struggle with fulfilling whatever that dream is and end up losing motivation. It makes me so sad to see amazing artists quitting simply because the most likes they’ve had is 11 or 12 likes on something they worked so hard on, i recommend creating a small area in ibis where ibis developers look for underrated people to give shoutouts to or things like that. I’ll be so happy if some of my favorite artists and friends get noticed! Thank you so much if you read this :)

Because this app was $14.99 I thought ibis paint x was better than this app but then I discovered that there was no adds so I love this!
